Hold On to your seat! These definitely do the trick! I am cutting them in half now, because of my size... I was not tired at all yesterday and I had a lot on my mind and a lot to do at work. It kept me going for over 6 hours, literally. I also liked that there was no quick crash like I get when I drink Starbucks macchiato's. Thank you for giving me the extra boost I need!! - Kelly
